It was peaceful and clean, and we really enjoyed staying here. The staff were kind and helpful, and even the night security was polite and gentle. The price was affordable. It's somewhat far from downtown, though that's fine if you have a motorbike or enjoy hiking. The bus station is close by.

It's a new, clean hotel that's clearly well looked after. You can also rent scooters and cars there, along with the other available services. Most rooms have a great view. The staff only speak Vietnamese, which is the one downside, but we could use a translation app.

It's a brand-new hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and a lovely view. Even though it's near the city centre, it's very quiet. The host and receptionist were so kind and friendly to us. Thanks again for everything, we'll be back soon. I'd recommend it to everyone!

I haven't even arrived yet, but after speaking with the male receptionist on the phone, his attitude was so poor that I felt the employees should be sacked immediately. They charge twice for late checkout, and water and soda aren't free, so be careful, they'll charge you for all of it. The staff member was rude and unprofessional. I don't think I'll ever return.

The service was 10/10, and everything was super clean. The staff were really kind, too. Very good hotel, I'd recommend it 😌.
