The way customers were treated was awful. There was no awareness and communication wasn’t handled properly. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Everyone should stay away from this place.

The room was tiny, under 12 square meters, and old and run-down. It wasn’t cleaned properly, and they used air freshener to cover up the old smell. On top of that, the owner had a bad attitude toward guests, and the prices during Lunar New Year were ridiculously high. Just an awful experience.

The views from the rooms were amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. It’s conveniently close to the interprovincial bus station, too. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Da Lat.
