Susan made me feel welcome straight away. She was cheerful and checked that I was comfortable with the room and the hotel’s lock system. When I couldn’t find a memory card for my camera in nearby shops, she even went shopping for me and found and bought one. That’s the kind of concierge service you’d expect at a 5 star hotel, and I’m still grateful for her help. The room is simple, clean, and comfortable, with a soft bed and a balcony. The shower was probably the best I’ve had in a hotel, with excellent pressure and plenty of warm water, just right on a cool morning or after a long hike. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and Susan checked with me each evening about what I wanted. It was served on the hotel’s top level, looking out over the hills and forest. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back to this nice hotel. It has mountain views, yet it’s only a five minute drive from the city center.

Susan was the best part of the stay. She’s super friendly, speaks great English, and is helpful with whatever you need. The hotel has a homestay feel, with amazing views from most rooms. It was clean and comfortable, though the bed was a bit soft. The shower had lots of hot water, which matters when it’s chilly. Breakfast isn’t included, and the choices are a bit sparse, but the bread is great. It’s a little far from the city center and most restaurants, though they had a scooter to rent, so it wasn’t too bad. I liked being away from the noise of this busy city.

The host and staff were just as kind and sweet as I’d hoped, and the room was clean with a nice view. It’s also easy to get to good restaurants and cafes from Antonico. I’ve stayed here twice already and will be back with my parents in two weeks. That probably tells you how much I love the place!

I loved staying here. The rooms are nice, the views are amazing, and the location is great. It’s run by three of the nicest ladies on earth. Most of the breakfast options have bread, and they have a bakery, but when I explained I can’t eat gluten, they shared their Vietnamese food with me. They really went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated, and it was some of the best food I’ve had in Vietnam. A fantastic experience.

The owner was lovely and helpful, and we’d definitely stay here again. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower, perfect for cool Dalat weather. We could easily walk to lots of coffee shops and little spots. The balcony view was wonderful, especially in the morning. Thank you
