Vinh Hoi Hotel

I didn't stay here, but I did visit and look at the rooms, and I'm leaving a negative review because none of the rooms in the photos actually exist at this hotel. What I saw was much less luxurious than the promotional pictures. As a frequent traveler, I find this practice unacceptable, unfair, and disrespectful to customers, and I think people should know about it. I do want to thank the receptionist, though, for being kind and courteous.

Being close to the city center was the one real plus. From outside, the hotel looks large and attractive, but the room was small, old, and musty, and the stay didn't meet expectations. We booked it for staff on a business trip, and they came back very disappointed. They were criticized but couldn't answer back.

The room was small and expensive for what it offered. The door had a crack, the lights were broken throughout, and there was no soundproofing. Poor value overall.

Near Pleiku market, this is a small, affordable hotel with reasonably sized rooms and basic amenities. My room had a little balcony facing the main road, and they supplied free drinking water plus small shampoo and shower gel packets. The shower pressure was weak even with the tap fully on, and there are several WiFi networks on each floor. Pretty good for the price.
