Bazan Dalat Hotel

The staff were the highlight for me. When I had trouble with my suitcase, they stepped in quickly and handled it professionally, and they were kind and friendly the whole time. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable too. I had a great stay and will definitely come back. Thanks so much!

The room made it hard to sleep. Reception noise and some kind of motor could be heard, and there were no outside-facing windows. The window looked onto the corridor, so whenever someone moved around, a light came on and lit up the whole room. The mattresses felt like sleeping on the floor. The air was very humid, there was mold on the walls, and I saw insects too. We had booked two nights, but left after one. When we told them, they offered another room, but the damp smell was so strong that we turned it down and left. We found a much better place for our last night, and there are better options in Dalat at the same price. There were problems even before we arrived. We booked through booking under the name VX Hotel, but the place is actually called RAON Bazan. Searching booking brought up four or five different “hotels” that seemed to be the same property, all with high ratings and comments that sounded more or less alike, in perfect English, maybe IA. We also got repeated messages from different WhatsApp numbers asking for and sharing the same information. Staff coordination was a disaster. Avoid this place.

We felt really welcome at RAON Bazan Hotel, and the staff were caring and helpful throughout our two nights. The hotel was cozy and comfortable, just right for a relaxing stay. It’s also a convenient base in Dalat, a short walk from the bus station and not too far from the city center, so getting out to explore was easy. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for a trip to Dalat.

The lobby service was very good and polite. They let me leave my bag at the hotel while I waited for the 2pm check-in. My room was clean, big, and really comfortable.
