The room was moldy, and they put us in a creepy room by the stairwell. We checked out just 10 minutes after arriving, lol.

The young man working early in the morning was friendly and helpful. He even got a car ready for guests leaving early, and deserves to be the example for the other receptionists. The setup outside is cramped, with only room for two or three cars, and the garage fits three more. Since cars share the same way out, getting underway early can be a hassle. We arrived in the evening, and the female receptionist seemed like she didn’t want to help, or was being made to do it. There’s no lift, and nobody offered to carry our luggage upstairs. Our room smelled, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bed wasn’t clean, with an old yellow mark on the sheet. The window faced another wall. The location could be good in the early morning, but the small road beside the intersection gets inconvenient during working and tourist hours. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff sorted out a problem with our window right away, and they were always glad to help. Check-in and checkout were easy, too. Our room was huge, with a well-equipped bathroom and comfortable beds, so it felt like good value for the money. Restaurants and shops are close by, and the night market is around a 10-minute walk away.

There was no hot water in the bath, and the room was cold, damp, and full of little insects. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
