The room was clean, but the way staff handled checkout put me off coming back. I booked through the app and checked in without any problems. At noon, when I went to check out, staff said I could stay two extra hours, but charged me an extra 115,000 VND after using just the one bottle of water in the room. I asked why checkout was listed as 10 am when I thought it was noon, and said nobody had told me about this when I checked in the day before. It felt like they were trying to trick me after everything was done. The staff only smiled and didn't answer. Hotels usually provide one or two free bottles of water, but there was only one here.

We got a sale price of 300k/night for the most VIP room, and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and everyone apologized to guests, whether they were right or wrong.

The staff are lovely and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I'll definitely come back many more times.
