The room looked good, there was always hot water and fresh towels, and the staff were polite, friendly, and spoke English well. But for 1.2 million VND a night, I expected more from a Signature room with breakfast. I paid another 200k VND for breakfast, and it didn’t match the buffet shown in the photos. I got two eggs, three thin tomato and cucumber slices, guava with no fruit choice, and one bánh mì, with coffee and tea available. The next day, after I asked for an omelette, I got two fried eggs instead, while cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, and sausages were put in the “buffet zone.” The soundproofing was awful. Once a family moved into the room next door, I could hear them talking as if they were in my room. The water noises were so loud I couldn’t hear my phone. There was no air conditioning, so I opened the window for fresh air and to cool the room, but the nearby busy road made it noisy. I’ve stayed in better hotels in Vietnam for the same price, and I wouldn’t recommend this one or choose it again.

We felt welcome throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with what we needed. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized. We really enjoyed being there and would recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, even though there weren’t many choices. The quality made up for the smaller selection. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nice, and the location was great. Ms. Hana and the reception team did their best to accommodate my family. One of our most pleasant stays, and I’d happily come back to Da Lat.

The staff made this boutique hotel memorable. They found us a driver, suggested some great things to do, and even served us afternoon tea after a day of sightseeing. The decor was tasteful and the service exceptional. I’d come back next time we’re in Đà Lac.
