Centro Hotel

There’s mold in the room, and it smells sour. It’s so bad I’m getting ill from staying there. They have scenters everywhere to cover the smell, but don’t seem to be fixing the problem.

The location was handy for getting to good places to eat, and they arranged an airport shuttle for our departure. It cost 250,000 for up to 4 people, which helped. Our room faced another room's window, so although it had a window, it got no natural light. We also had a cockroach in the room, and construction noise started at 7am on both mornings of our two-night stay 😔.

We paid a good price for a hotel in an amazing location, but the mould in our room was awful. Everything felt damp, including the clothes we unpacked, and we felt ill for about a week afterward. I can't say whether every room is like that, but ours was bad enough that I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are nicer places for a similar price. Construction next door made things worse, with walls being broken down and drilling starting at 7am. It may not have been the hotel's fault, but we would've appreciated being told ahead of time.

The location is good, but our room was miserable. Mold had built up in the bathroom and the smell was really bad. The room had just a small window and barely any daylight, and the beds and pillows were super hard. When we asked for another towel, the receptionist said, “no, this is only a 2 star hotel,” and wouldn't give us one. We only had 2 large towels. We also asked about an early check-in and were told 14.00, even though the official check-in time was 13:00.
