I had a bad experience at Cocoon bungalow last Christmas. I'd think carefully before booking. The service was poor: they promised rooms with full amenities, but there was no fridge or TV in most of them. I rented four rooms, and the only TV provided didn't work. The barbecue rental was 150k, but they only supplied five bowls and five pairs of chopsticks; extra items cost more. We also had to clean up afterward and pay 50k for dishwashing liquid. The shower was unreliable too, sometimes giving cold water instead of hot. The staff weren't responsive, professional, or friendly. We agreed on a motorbike rental at 150k per day, then after half a day they called to raise it to 200k.

The rooms were top class, and I really liked how everything was arranged. It was a calm, peaceful place to stay, and the motorbikes available for rent were useful. There aren't many amenities nearby, so getting into the city means taking a cab.
