Unfortunately, we had a really bad stay. There was mold and fungus in the room, and it smelled horrible. We checked the mattress and it looked bad too, with lots of fungus. The staff served us the wrong breakfast, and it tasted bad. We had to throw the food away, which we hate doing.

I booked the economy room for one night, then ended up staying three. It’s basic, but for the price it’s a steal. The staff were among the most helpful I met during my time in Vietnam, answering my questions, helping with requests, and even booking a bus to HCM for me. Special thanks to Le, a very helpful and nice guy. They also rent bikes in great condition for 24 hours for only 100k. I’ll definitely book again when I return to Da Lat.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the location is right in the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and ready to help. I’ll stay here again on my next visit to Da Lat.

They didn’t clean my room during my stay. It’s a serious issue, and the room smells.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. My room didn’t have windows, and the fan was quite noisy. Since it was off season, I left the door open instead and used the top floor dining area for more space and a view. The TV also had plenty of English-language channels.
