We spent seven lovely nights here and will definitely return on our next visit to Da Lat. The setting is picturesque, with a big outdoor courtyard and a beautiful terraced garden guests can enjoy. Our large, airy room looked out over the back garden, with a lovely sunset behind the giant Buddha at Chùa Quan Âm. The food at breakfast was fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The kitchen staff were happy to make custom dishes for dietary needs. The housekeeping team kept the rooms and shared areas impeccably clean, and were friendly and efficient. The security guard was attentive, always smiling and waving. Everyone was welcoming, especially the front desk team, who really made an extra effort to give us a great stay. It's peaceful and a little outside the city center, with a few great cafes nearby. An easy 15 minute scooter ride gets you anywhere in town. Easy to recommend.

The staff member was very kind and did a great job. When we had an issue with our room, he changed it for us right away, without hesitation. The location is quite far from the center, though the view is still great. I gave one star overall because our room was next to the event area. The staff allowed guests to play loud music past 21:00, and my small child couldn't sleep.

The themed rooms are adorable and cozy, with furniture colored to match ideas like winter, autumn, forest, rain, roses, and tulips. Beds of flowers, the backyard, the architecture, and that stunning view from the back all come together into a peaceful, romantic place. The whole atmosphere felt so beautiful it was almost poetic. The staff were absolutely kind and ready to help. This was the most breathtaking and beautiful hotel I've ever visited. Just walking in felt like wandering into another world.

The rooms are small but sweet, and the hotel itself is really pretty. Breakfast has a good variety, and the staff were so accommodating that the place almost felt like home. It’s a bit far from the city center, which is the only downside. I’d very much like to stay here again.

We were seven friends, and the staff made sure we were all comfortable. They were polite, helpful, and gave us great service. The view was beautiful too. Getting around is manageable with Grab or taxis, despite the accessibility issues. I’d come back if I get the chance.
