For 300.000 Dong, I got a room with a private bathroom and balcony, which was a really reasonable price. Everything seemed clean, and the included breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the toilet clogged after I flushed a single sheet of toilet paper. On my last day, the owners shared lunch with me and their whole family, which was very nice.

The place was very clean, and the prices were reasonable. A plate of vegetables was 30k dong, steamed rice came at no extra charge, and they brought a small plate of complimentary fruit. The menu had plenty of vegetarian choices. I tried their copra, or fried coconut flesh, and found it really interesting. We ate there three times during our stay. The owner was friendly, spoke good English, and understood more of our questions. I highly recommend it.

The spring rolls were amazing, the best I've tasted. The dishes were really good too, keeping their originality while adding some modern flavor. There's a big variety, portions are large, prices are good, and the food is fresh and the place clean. Lovely service. I'd definitely recommend eating here at least once in Cat Ba.

The staff were friendly, and they even gave us a pretty strong free cocktail ;-) We tried the spring rolls and seafood fried rice with chicken. Everything tasted good.

We were glad to come across this place. The local food was tasty, portions were generous, and the prices were great. There’s a good range of vegan dishes, and they can accommodate different dietary needs. The coffees were really good too. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re after local food.
