What made us want to extend our stay was the owner and the rescued street dogs and cats he's taken in with so much love. You can see how much he cares for them, and how much they love him back. Some were shy, while others liked being petted. We also enjoyed having people around in the communal area instead of being alone in our room. We came for the sweet rooms and good price, and weren't disappointed. Our little room was clean and cute, with a view of greenery and a small but adequate bathroom. We'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone who cares about animals. The animals make this a place that grows on you and is hard to forget. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!♥️

The owner's adopted several dogs, and you can tell he has a very kind heart. I feel at home here. It's quiet and peaceful, with wonderful nature around, just what I wanted after living in the city. The room is very simple, but that makes sense for the affordable price. The restaurant food is delicious too, highly recommend it. Thanks for everything.

I booked 10 days but had to leave after 2 for my own reasons. The owner himself said he'd refund 50%. Before I left, he disappeared from GH and didn't answer the phone. When I reminded him to send the money, he wrote: "So sorry for the misunderstanding. Our policy is non-refundable for unused nights, but we tried to support as much as possible. Thank you for staying with us, and wish you all the best." It's okay☺️ Just don't say you'll do something next time if you don't plan to. Another man cooked some food for me, though, so thank him!

I paid 567kVND for 5 nights and stayed just one. A private room in the city center is cheap here, but you get what you pay for. The bed was lumpy, the toilet tiny, and there was no toilet paper. The bathroom door was very rusty, and the room had dusty floors and a very dusty fan, marked walls, spider webs, odd stains and stained curtains. The door was hard to close and awkward to lock. Drinking water costs extra. The worst part was probably the smell, a subtle mix of sewage, mould and dampness in the air, pillows and blankets. Bring toilet paper, a towel, toiletries and enough water. If you want things a little cleaner, ask the owner for a towel to wipe off dust. I used baby wipes on the floor, shelves and fan. I can't recommend the place in good faith, unless maybe you have a stronger constitution. I threw up the next day. I don't know if it was related to the conditions, but thank goodness I wasn't at the accommodation then. That would've been a disaster.
