Honestly, you'd be better off sleeping on the street. The place was extremely old, dirty, and noisy. I made a list of all the disgusting things and counted 11, but I don't want to post them all. It was literally one of the worst stays of my life, and I travel a lot.

The staff were really helpful, especially when our Booking.com reservation had the wrong date. The hotel and Booking.com both tried to reach us and let us know before cancelling it. The room was clean and airy, but the bathroom lock was broken and a step was a little damaged. Hot water ran out mid-shower, so I had to finish with cold water. The hotel also seemed a bit far from the night market, though maybe I just didn't know the route.

I've come back several times. It's clean and pretty, with lovely staff and a good restaurant. Being close to the city center is really convenient.

The pillowcases were dirty, and when I brought it up they blamed me. The receptionist asked why I hadn't checked them myself when I asked why they hadn't checked before we arrived. The sheets were torn too. We stayed Saturday and Sunday, the 23rd and 24th, and four dry sets of clothes weighing 3.8 kg cost 200k, plus another 20k for delivery. I don't understand why the hotel would charge customers that way. The staff attitude and service need a serious review. Terrible experience, and I'm never staying here again.

The female receptionist was awful to deal with. She communicated poorly, nitpicked my questions, and added charges without telling me first. The small room's sliding door wouldn't lock, and the toilet was in bad shape. A really disappointing travel experience with unprofessional staff. I won't come back.
