Enjoy Apartment Hotel

I was pretty satisfied with the place, though I forgot to take pictures. I booked a basic single room last week. The decor looked classy and comfortable, with pleasant colors on the bed, wardrobe, and walls. The bed was large, clean, and comfortable, and the blanket didn't have much lint. The room had a smart TV, a large hair dryer, a bedside lamp and other lighting, an induction cooktop, dishes, a sink, and air conditioning. I do wonder why my friend's room on the fifth floor only had a fan. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the drain cover sat flush with the floor, so water pooled in the toilet area during a shower. The young staff were responsive and enthusiastic. For walkers, the location is a minus: it's on a slope, with about 200 m uphill and another 50 m to get there if you want to buy something. With a car, or a rental, it's fine.

Finding the place was easy, though driving there was a bit awkward because Co Loa road is narrow and hard to maneuver on. The room was spacious and had what I needed, with soundproofing and clean mattress, blankets, and pillows. Just wish there'd been a full-length mirror to check my outfit.

The staff were friendly and eager to help. It's a newly built hotel, so everything was clean and in good order. It's a little way from the center, but close to local residential spots for food, which is very convenient, especially during holidays and Tet. ❤️

A small issue: in the evening, hot water took 30-45 minutes to come through, rather than the 15 minutes stated in the instructions. Otherwise, the new, modern facilities were thoughtfully arranged, and the rooms were pretty, clean, well equipped, and suitable for families with young kids. The receptionist with glasses was sweet and enthusiastic, helped with our bags without being asked, and was flexible about check-in and check-out. It was a pleasant, professional experience. The price is very good compared with the usual rates, especially on weekends, and it's rare to find that quality at such a reasonable price. I'd recommend booking by phone directly or through a reputable OTA. Be careful with fan pages, as they can lead to fraud or confusion. A friendly, reliable place worth trying for couples and families visiting Da Lat.
