10/10
The location on Khe Sanh Street made it easy to explore the city, with lots of local eateries nearby. My stay in Dalat from October 16 to 18, 2025 was wonderful. The room had all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay, and the property was clean and well-maintained. Prices were very reasonable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalat.
2/10
The toilets were in poor shape, and the smell was overwhelming. There’s no service to speak of, so you have to handle everything yourself. I wouldn’t stay here and strongly recommend avoiding it.
4/10
The desk staff were very friendly, but I wouldn’t come back. Our bed was rock hard, there was no fan, and the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. It’s also a bad place to get around on foot because the roads are dangerous.
2/10
There were cockroaches on the floor and the towels were dirty. Then the laundry service completely ruined our clothes, and they did very little to fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
10/10
Our room’s window looked out onto a walkway, which was the one drawback. It was otherwise really nice and clean, and for the price it was superb. We only stayed one night, but I could imagine staying longer. I recommend it.
