The rooms are very good, clean, and smell nice, although there are a few slightly old areas in the lobby. The staff are cheerful, enthusiastic, polite, and very supportive. One time I arrived at 10:30 and they had a room available, so they asked if I wanted to check in right away. At other hotels I’d stayed in before, rooms were available but they wouldn’t let me check in, and I had to pay extra, so I was really happy with the service. On another visit, I was rushing to work and they thoughtfully gave me a room with a city view and a huge bed, even checking that I was okay with how big it was. I got there in time to sleep and wake up for work, without having to look around for coffee. The location is great, near the city center and a short walk from Lien Hoa bread shop. It’s on an uphill street, so it’s not too noisy, though the climb may be tiring if your feet hurt. There are restaurants, nail salons, and clothing shops nearby. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were enthusiastic, and the service was excellent. The rooms had recently been painted, and they were clean and spacious. It’s also conveniently located, just five minutes from the market. I’m very satisfied.

Getting around and seeing the area was easy from here, and the price felt fair for what we got. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Our room was clean, tidy, and had what we needed, with a quiet, comfortable feel after a day out or at work. Hali Hotel is a place I’d choose again if I return. It earned its five stars from me.

We reached Da Lat already tired, then found out the hotel had no record of our reservation. We’d booked through the app nearly a month ahead and paid in full on February 2nd, for arrival on February 23rd. After waiting close to an hour, we were only given a refund. There was no apology or compensation for the mess.
