The busy market area made it hard to get any peace and quiet, so I wouldn't recommend this for anyone wanting a relaxing atmosphere or modern amenities. We were very disappointed. The rooms were old and didn't have a good vibe, and the kitchen was barely usable. The induction unit was old, the pans were poor quality, and they ruined our food.

Ms Nhung was so helpful throughout our stay. Every morning she offered to go over our itinerary and shared useful local information we couldn't find on Google, like whether routes were suitable for cycling, other taxi options, and extra tour spots she thought were nice. We really loved the Van Duc Pagoda she suggested. Her local knowledge made us feel very well looked after. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and safe, and the amenities were all fine. Great stay, thank you, Ms Nhung :D

We felt safe and comfortable at this very clean hotel. Ms Nhung at reception gave us useful advice for our itinerary that we couldn't find online, including which terrain wasn't suitable for cycling. She also helped book transport when we were going somewhere too remote for Grab. We're very grateful for her help.

We were able to leave our luggage for the whole day, and reception helped book a bus ticket so I didn't have to arrange it on-site. The receptionist was kind and helped me with a lot. The price is reasonable, and the room was cozy and very clean. It's a nice hotel in the north of Da Lat, not far from datanla waterfall. I recommend it.
