The staff were really nice, but we had a couple of problems with the room. There was a moldy smell even in the hallway, and although they said they’d clean it, they didn’t. We also sent out laundry and one pair of trousers came back with a bleach stain. The hotel itself looks nice.

The room felt a little damp and the view wasn’t great. Still, the staff were so helpful and friendly that it made up for those drawbacks. They let me check in early and looked after my luggage.

The jacuzzi was great, and the room looked nice with its decoration. The bed was comfortable, and the internet and TV worked well. We stayed three nights. There wasn’t much within walking distance, and the busy street outside made a lot of noise in the room. Some small windows had no curtains, so the rooms didn’t get dark.
