From the hill, you look out over a flower field, and sunset is great from here. The drinks and other services were good too. Feels like a nice spot for dates over coffee or wine. Come be among the first to try it.

I checked in and couldn't believe the room was under 10 square meters for 800k VND a night :))) It felt like a tiny hole. The service was sloppy, and you could barely see the lake. I lasted one night, then left.

The place is clean, which matters most to me. The owner asked if they could come in and clean every two days as soon as I checked in, without me having to ask. Hot water was always available and the pressure was strong. The shower head could use replacing, though, and the room isn't soundproof. With three dogs to look after, it's not the place to get too wild. The owners are welcoming and helpful, and there's laundry service, handy for a backpacker like me. They also offer BBQ. I haven't tried it, but other guests seemed to be having a chill time. I liked how peaceful the location was while still being close enough to the market. It's about ten minutes away, and there's parking. The alley in is a bit deep and dark, though Túi Mơ To, Nhà của Mây, and Campi BBQ restaurant are right at the entrance. You're in the middle of a little forest of cafes, with cloud watching, pine trees, greenhouses, and even acoustic music from the cafe next door. I could buy a pastry and coffee at the market, then come back to watch the greenhouses light up and listen to music without spending hundreds of thousands of dong. I found this area colder than other spots near the city center, so sleeping alone felt cold in both senses 😆. Badminton players should know it's close to Zolado & BBF Badminton by Bill Badminton, which is why I picked it. The price felt reasonable for such a pretty spot. I'd like to try the Bungalow next time. The owners have decorated it like a little fairytale house, and seeing a couple rent it and relax there every evening was romantic, charming, and peaceful. The attached picture shows the Bungalow and the guest hangout area. Hehe, I'm hooked and will definitely come back.

The night noise from chickens, frogs, and toads kept me from sleeping. The toilet seemed clogged and wouldn't flush properly, and the water heater was unreliable, going from freezing to scalding. The room wasn't well ventilated, and winter gets very cold. For the price of a night here, there are many better options.
