The staff speak English and were very helpful, and the location is okay, neither too close nor too far from the center. But the room was dirty, cramped, and far from the impression given by the photos. The towels smelled, the coffee cup had a coffee stain, the water pressure was poor, and there was a broken window with too much noise coming in from outside. The toilet paper was placed so strangely I couldn’t get it out. Who designed that? Breakfast was included, but the room was so dirty I didn’t feel like eating it. The ice the staff offered when I asked if they sold some was rotten. I don’t understand why hotels in Dalat are expensive overall, but this room felt extremely overpriced for its quality. You also have to take your shoes off to go up the stairs, and I don’t understand why. Dalat is small, so where you stay doesn’t matter much. I don’t get why the Agoda reviews are good. Check Google reviews, they’re bad. This isn’t a room I’d return to.

The decor looks good in photos, but the place seems damaged and poorly cared for in person. Our room was dirty when we arrived, with lots of stains and trash. I asked the staff to clean it, but it didn’t improve much. There were no towels, and the shampoo was so watery it couldn’t be used. The bathroom was awkward too, separated from the bedroom only by a curtain, which isn’t great when someone needs to use the toilet. It could be much better with more effort, but it was disappointing and too pricey.

The room was dirty and mouldy, and the towels were dirty too. Construction started at 8 am, with grinders and banging. Completely unacceptable. Don’t give this business your money. Da lat and Vietnam have much more to offer than this hotel.

There was no proper room service during our three days, and the towels they gave us were dirty. The place was very dirty overall and poor value for money. Breakfast was instant noodles; when we asked to change it, the staff answered very rudely that they had many guests to serve. You can see the pictures for yourself. Worst experience so far.
