I wasn't even checking in, but Thach still poured me a cup of warm water. His thoughtful service went beyond what I expected, and I thought the hotel was 5-star until I found out it's actually 4-star. The service here is better than at many 5-star hotels. My phone had died during my first hotel power cut, so I came here nearby just to charge it. Thach was incredibly kind, lent me a large power bank, and was proactive about solving problems. He also regularly checked the area and approached foreign tourists to see if they needed help. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with spotless bathrooms and no litter or water stains. The area feels safe and convenient. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center, or 5 minutes by bike. Thanks to Thach, I'll choose this hotel on my next trip to Da Lat. He made me feel welcome and really represents the warmth of Da Lat people. Highly recommended!

During my 2 weeks in Vietnam, this was the first hotel that lived up to its descriptions and standards. Service was on point, the rooms were clean, and the bed was firm but comfortable. I had a high corner room with 2 balconies and views across town. Even the security staff spoke English well, and there was free, secured parking at the back for my rental scooter. Special mention to the young ladies at reception, who helped me find one of my best meals in Vietnam so far.

The clean, cozy feel, good facilities, and nice indoor design make this a convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast area is well cared for, too. We've been here many times for both business and family vacations and have never been disappointed by the very nice, caring staff. They're the main reason we keep coming back. We'll definitely return next time! 💐

The staff were outstanding, kind, attentive, and helpful, including in the dining area. It can get a little busy on weekends. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed, with lovely balconies and stunning views. The bathroom is new and comfortable. There isn't a swimming pool, and sound insulation in the rooms could be better. Since Da Lat is generally quiet, that wasn't a major issue for me.

I switched from another 4 star hotel and stayed here for a night. Compared with that one, this place was sparkling clean and had a soft, comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent, though they could do a better job keeping the coffee warm.
