Lam Anh Hotel

The beds were uncomfortable, and the receptionist was rude. At night it was really noisy. You could hear people talking and snoring on other floors, and it felt like they were right beside your ear.

I had booked four nights but left after just one. The room was barely functional: water didn't work, electricity came and went throughout the day, and there was no proper mattress, just a thin camping mat over part of a bed base. The sheets were unclean and had hair on them, as did the obviously unwashed towels. The whole place was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. With so many other hotels nearby, I can't see this place lasting. Don't stay here.

We ended up canceling after one night because the room was horrifically dirty. In our first room, the lock was faulty and didn't work, and the towels were stained. We're trying to get a refund through booking.com, but they keep sending us back and forth between Lam Anh and Booking.com. It's been a waste of time. Avoid this place, we're extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Hammering and singing kept us awake, so we couldn't sleep well. Don't go there.
