The rooms were decent and the hotel was clean, but that's about all I liked. Staff barely interacted with us, and nobody even mentioned breakfast. Getting around seems difficult without your own car because it's far from everything. The booking.com description made it sound convenient for visiting the lake, but it isn't walkable, there are no nearby places to eat, and there's no food on site. They also don't let guests eat in the common areas. Soundproofing is poor, as others have said. Even though there are seven floors with eight rooms each, we were placed between the only two other noisy guests in the whole property. Why not spread guests out? With hundreds of hotels in town, I can't see why anyone would pick this one.

They were very accommodating. I arrived early in the morning and they let me check in early. When I asked about the cost of a late checkout, they let me stay longer for free. A really nice hotel, and I'll stay here again if I come back.

Getting around was easy, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. We were on the ground floor, where I couldn't get Wi-Fi, so the staff moved us to another floor and it worked perfectly. The front desk team was wonderful. Thanks!

The front desk staff were great and moved us up two floors when the Wi-Fi was weak on the bottom floor. After that, everything was wonderful. The location is perfect too, with plenty of places to eat and get coffee nearby.

The bathroom was quite small, but everything else was good. The receptionist manager handled things professionally: he read my email from Saturday, called me Monday morning, and offered options when I wanted to change my check-in date in the Agoda app. I told reception when I moved my checkout to an earlier date and didn't expect to get part of the payment back. I was surprised and happy that they handled the refund honestly.
