I had a huge room to myself on the top floor for just $15 a night, and the staff were helpful for most of my stay. It's a quiet spot, fairly close to most Hoi An attractions, so I would still recommend the hotel. My check-in was frustrating, though. No one was there when I arrived, and I waited 45 minutes for the man to show up.

The staff spoke good English, and my room was clean with two free bottles of water and all the usual amenities. It's about a 10-minute walk to the centre. A solid 4.8/5.

It suited me as a convenient, budget-friendly place, and the AC worked well during my many days there. The host was nice, and the room was cleaned daily if you asked over WhatsApp. There's a vegan restaurant, a gym, little shops, and lots of spas nearby. I think they may be getting ready to refurbish or renovate. There is no lift, so older guests should be aware. The towels smelled, so I took some and did my own laundry at a nearby place. Thanks, it was okay for me.

The room and service were very poor. I brought friends to stay yesterday, but even though they'd booked ahead, the villa owner didn't come out to welcome them or help with their luggage. They checked in, but the quality was much worse than the reviews and Google Maps photos suggested. It's unfortunate for people who trust the 3-star-or-higher reviews and the pictures of this place. I advise against booking here.

We spent seven nights here, and it became our haven in Hoi an. After four weeks in Vietnam, this was our best stay. The super deluxe room was great, and the owner and service were very good. Highly recommend!
