I parked at the gate to deliver a package to a customer and gave my information properly. The security guard spoke to me as if he were the boss of the world, like he was talking to his grandfather. It's frustrating to run into people like that in a VIP area.

The staff member who checked me in was friendly. The furniture on Agoda's sales page looked quite different from what was actually there, which was older and more broken. The carpets were very dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned.
