The owner greeted us warmly and shared lots of tips on places to go and eat. Our room was bigger than expected, with a comfortable bed, and the pool was a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was a good start to the day. The place has loads of charm from the moment you arrive. The only downside is that it’s a little outside the old town, about a 30-minute walk.
The staff were the best part for me. Everyone paid attention to what I needed, and I’d follow their tour recommendations since they were cheaper. Communication from booking through checkout was constant, and breakfast was fresh and lovely. The pool got nicely warmed by the sun at the right time. The location suited me perfectly, close enough to things but far enough from the old town noise. I’ll definitely come back and would absolutely recommend booking here.
The staff made us feel at home. Na and her team were so sweet, friendly, and helpful. They explained the area, made custom maps, cooked breakfast to order each morning, offered laundry, chatted with us, and helped translate things we’d heard around town. The bikes are free, and they’re really the key to enjoying Hoi An. We loved the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and their old-world charm, as well as the architecture and the way the gardens and pool sit at the center. The pool was clean and well kept, and we spent a lot of time swimming. We stayed for a week, and this peaceful, humble little place was a restful oasis while we explored. It has a lovely team, big rooms, and a great location in a quiet lane between Old Town and the beach. Stay too close to Old Town and it’s hectic; stay too close to the beach and the cycle to town gets long. Here there’s street food and cafes nearby, and it’s easy to bike or get Grabs. I’d definitely recommend a visit to Hoi An, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
The price feels fair for what you get, and the location puts you near Hoi An Ancient Town with the beach not too far away. The rooms are roomy, with a pool tucked between them and greenery all around. The design has a lovely Hoi An feel, and the staff were so warm and attentive that I felt at home. A really peaceful place to stay.
Na, the lovely lady who keeps everything running, made the stay even better. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and breakfast was the best. This little guesthouse is such a gem I almost want to keep it to myself, but they deserve all the praise. I'll be back. 💜
