Canvas Danang Beach Hotel

I’m staying in room 1701 and wanted to write about this hotel. The staff’s kindness and genuine warmth stand out right away. They speak English very well, which makes every interaction easy and pleasant. Management is attentive and efficient, and clearly puts thought into the details, so you feel well cared for. Customer service is impeccable. This place is outstanding in every respect and sets a standard for hospitality that could be a model for hotels around the world. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The shared spaces looked worn, and the carpet was stained. In the bathroom there were soap marks, and used slippers had been left in the room. Reception and concierge service could use improvement too. It didn’t feel deserving of a four-star rating, and I’d look for somewhere else to stay.

The staff were warm, and the rooms were clean, with a lovely view of the beach. Breakfast was good and the price was reasonable. When I accidentally left an envelope of cash in my room at checkout, housekeeping called the front desk straight away so I could get it back. I really appreciated their honesty and would stay here again in Da Nang.

The breakfast spread had plenty to choose from, with both Asian and European food. I wished the coffee from the machine were included, but learned I could order it for an extra charge. We spent two nights at Canvas hotel, where our room was spotless, spacious, and looked straight out to sea. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I’d happily choose the hotel again next time.
