Breakfast choices were limited, though everything we tried was tasty and good quality. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, polite, and supportive the whole time. Ellie at reception and Andy at the main entrance, who helped guests with luggage, were especially welcoming and helpful. I stayed at Hanoi Flora Hotel with my family and had a very pleasant visit. I'd recommend it, 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel seems quite new and you can reach it without going down an alley. There are lots of shops and attractions within walking distance, so the location is really strategic and good value for money. Staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a room with 2 queen-size beds. Breakfast was good, and the hairdryer was more powerful and convenient than expected. It can be a little noisy next to the main road, but traffic got much quieter at night, and we usually headed out in the morning, so it didn't bother us.

Eddie was warm, professional, and very helpful, making our stay more pleasant with his service. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Eddie! The hotel is also in an excellent spot, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around.

The room felt a bit cramped, though that shouldn't matter much if you don't plan to spend long at the hotel. We had a great stay, with a very central location and excellent staff. They helped us a lot when we had a small emergency.

We stayed for 3 days and still hadn't finished strolling around, the hotel location is SO GOOD. And please give Eddie a raise! He went the extra mile to make us feel better. He helped us upgrade our room, which we paid for, and still made sure we got a free upgrade for another room we had booked.
