We enjoyed our four nights here. Breakfast had a tasty bowl of soup noodles with fresh vegetables, and you can ask for a vegetarian version. There was also a buffet with bread, cakes, fruit, fried noodles, coffee, tea, yoghurt, and other things. The room was spacious, elegant, and clean, with working WiFi and smart TV. Staff were attentive, and they cleaned the room daily when we requested it. We could hear some street noise and occasionally the room next door, so the soundproofing could be better.

We were a big family and spent three pleasant days here. The rooms were really large, and the hotel interior looked stylish. The staff were lovely, polite, and gave us superb service. Breakfast deserves a special mention, it was genuinely good quality and tasty. Thanks for a great stay. If we visit Đà Lạt again, we’ll come back.

I usually feel that talking to staff directly is enough, but I’m posting this after what happened to my son and his partner. Their treatment after I left was rude and disrespectful, and they were so upset that they checked out hours early. The manager had asked me not to leave a bad review, and the laundry charge was credited with a small gift, but that doesn’t change how the staff treated them. I can’t walk away without saying how disappointed and disgusted I am. I’ve never had this level of disrespect anywhere else we’ve travelled. If I could give Le House zero or negative stars, I would. Look elsewhere. My family booked three rooms for two nights. Laundry was meant to take eight hours, but after leaving three large bags we got no update despite asking several times. More than 24 hours later, two rooms needed to pack for their departure the next day and couldn’t. Staff gave routine responses and didn’t follow up. I also raised the water problems and the noise, but nothing changed. Only one of the three rooms had hot water when we first showered, and the issue continued across rooms on different floors. We were out exploring in repeated rain and came back wet, cold, and tired, hoping for a hot shower. The hallways were noisy at all hours, with children running around despite requests to their family, who were travelling with a Vietnamese relative who spoke the language. The children and RC cars started up at 6am, and staff didn’t step in, even though the noise carried across three floors. At reception I complained firmly about the laundry delay, water, and noise. Someone was waiting behind me, and I later read another review saying staff spoke about me in Vietnamese after I left. That disgusted me. When I spoke clearly, firmly, and respectfully with the manager the next morning about our dissatisfaction, I was asked not to post a bad review.

The last morning changed my mind about writing a review. My mother had raised concerns throughout our stay and left early for her flight. Soon after, my partner asked for toilet paper, and a staff member and the manager looked at her with disdain and ignored her until a third staff member helped. It felt like the earlier apologies and attentiveness had only been for managing my mother’s complaints. There were genuinely helpful people on the team, but that final interaction and the whole experience mean I can’t recommend the hotel. We had three ongoing problems. All our rooms had trouble with hot water: at best it stayed warm for about five minutes before turning cold. Once we came back to no hot water at all, because the hallway master switch had been turned off. Turning it back on didn’t fix the five-minute issue, which lasted the whole stay. Laundry took more than 24 hours, well beyond the promised eight-hour turnaround. Several family members couldn’t pack for their flights, and staff couldn’t find it despite repeated requests. It appeared almost as soon as we mentioned leaving a bad review. Our room also had no windows except for a small one in the shower, so there was no natural light or ventilation. Check what kind of room you’re booking if those things matter to you. Children made persistent hallway noise late into the evening, then again from 6 or 7am. We raised it with staff, but it continued and was worse on our final night. We didn’t see anyone intervene, though it could be heard clearly.

The room and bathroom were clean, with attractive black and gold decor, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet there, about a 20 to 30 minute walk to the lake and night market. A special mention for the front office manager Quunn Quinn, who was exceptionally helpful and polite and ran reception very capably. The senior management team should know she’s a real asset.
