Lumina Dalat Premium hotel

The breakfast buffet staff were the only people I found helpful and friendly. The rest of the service was awful, and the hotel is far from everything. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and the high ratings on Agoda and GMaps seem fake after the disappointment I had trusting them. The night shift greeted me kindly and helped with my luggage when I arrived. At noon, the next shift said they'd try to let me check in early, but I still got into my room 40 minutes after the regular check-in time. They acted as if letting guests check in was a favor, gave no apology, and didn't help with my bags. The staff member who always wore a blazer was the worst. There was trash left by the previous guest in the room. On the second day I left early, put up the “Please make up room” sign, and came back in the evening to find it hadn't been cleaned. When I called reception, they didn't respond or apologize, and told me to go out again so they could clean. I let them in, but all they did was tuck in the bedsheet. They didn't sweep the floor or refill the coffee sachets, shampoo, or shower gel. The Wi-Fi is still wifi 4 tech, and none of my devices could connect. I was glad to leave on checkout day. There's nothing premium about this place despite the name, and it's worse than a homestay. If you have your own scooter and park it in the corner at night, staff may just stand there laughing the next morning instead of helping you get it out. I also heard staff call guests “Nó”, “Thằng”, and “Con nhỏ” to each other instead of using a name or Mister or Miss. That was extremely rude. The hotel should make up for its location with better service, but it doesn't.
