We stayed in a level 3 room with a bathtub just before the balcony. It was spacious, had a stunning view, and had everything we expected. The staff were kind and very nice, especially the night shift guy, though I didn't get his name. We had such a great time and wish we'd stayed longer. A special experience, nothing bad about this hotel.

They let me check in at 7am without charging extra, and the staff were amazing and welcoming. I booked the VIP room, and it was just what I expected. The vibe and cleanliness were great, can't ask for more.

The location was just right for us, between the lake and the city. We could explore easily and still have some peace and quiet. Our room and the view were stunning, and the room was spotless, which I appreciated since cleanliness can be hit or miss when traveling. Hue was amazing, so kind, attentive, and accommodating. From check-in, she made sure we were happy with the room and view, arranged anything we needed, and even took great care with our laundry. We booked the same day we arrived, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip.

It's a great spot for relaxing while still exploring places around the city center. The view is stunning, and the staff were incredibly nice. The hotel is very close to the city center. Highly recommend it for a good experience.
