Clean rooms and fair prices. The water gets extremely hot, so watch out when you use it.

The view is lovely, the rooms are clean and have all the amenities, and the staff are sweet, decent, and enthusiastic. It's near the city center, so getting around is easy. The price works well for students and small groups. A medium-sized hotel with good rooms and rates, especially suited to small groups or families traveling.

The room was tiny, windowless, and smelled damp as soon as I opened the door. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell and seemed to have been flushed out rather than properly cleaned. The floor was soaking wet, like Hanoi during the humid season, so I had to wipe it with the doormat. The soundproofing was awful. I could hear slippers on the floor and toilets flushing upstairs, people going up and down near the stairs, and loud talking and TV from the rooms next door. I've never stayed anywhere this noisy, and I won't come back. I hadn't planned ahead for Tet (Lunar New Year), and this was the only place I could find, so I booked it randomly for 500k. The rate is 150k on ordinary days, and even 200k feels too high for this quality. There was a hairdryer, fan, electric kettle, hot water heater, and teapot. Even a small hotel should be clean enough that guests would consider returning. This one was very bad.
