No one greets you, so there's nobody on-site to help if there's an emergency. The manager is very unhelpful, communicates badly, and ignores messages when you ask him something. He seems to care about money and not his customers at all.
For 170k a night, this is a really nice room, an insane price. Don't expect wonders, though: it was a little run down, like rooms all over SEAsia, but clean and tidy. We had fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, disposable toothbrushes, and bottled water. The owner was super nice and helpful, almost always reachable on WhatsApp. I arrived very late and left while he was out, so I never actually met him. I'd easily recommend staying here.
Good location, and the room was okay. The host can be helpful when you manage to reach him, but getting in touch was difficult and messages went unanswered for a long time. The property cancelled my Booking.com reservation even though I stayed there. There was no soundproofing, hand soap, or laundry service.
We had a street-facing balcony room, and the road noise means I'd choose a room at the back next time. The facilities were adequate for the price, and the rooms were clean and well stocked. Galvin was a great host, helping with laundry, taxis, and local information. Thanks for the stay. I'd come back, if only for Galvin's kindness.
