I figured the low price might mean the place would be a bit rough, but I was wrong. It was super clean and comfortable, with great views, a good location, friendly staff who were flexible, and quality bikes to rent. I got a really good deal and would absolutely recommend it. This place sets the bar for hotels.

The hosts were lovely and the rooms were clean. It's just a 5 minute walk to the night market, on a quiet street. If you're there, try the coconut coffee at La Lapine Bakery & Coffee!

A big room with a big bed and a bathroom that all works, right on a quiet road in the centre. The host is lovely too. This is an ideal spot in Dalat, an ideal city. The cafe opposite is worth checking out for its great coffee and view.

My room came to about USD 11/night all-in, booked through a travelling app, which is a cheap price for a good hotel/homestay. The area felt safe, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The male receptionist/owner was courteous and very helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, tidy, clean, and had no smell. The toilet was spacious and clean too. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In the room there was a hair dryer, kettle, WiFi, hot shower, and toiletries such as shampoo sachets, a comb, and toothbrushes. They also provided 2 bottled water. A couple of things could be better: there should be a curtain over the glass in the room door, since daylight shines through and can wake people who want to sleep late, unless they wear eye shades. A TV and complimentary sachets of coffee or tea would also be good. Motorbikes are available for 100k VND/24-hr, with a 24-hr minimum rental. After that, a day can be 1/2 day.

A lovely spot on a quiet road, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend staying here.
