The hotel itself is pretty good, but if you leave something behind, getting it back seems like a lost cause. Staff kept passing me from one person to another, which was frustrating and cost me time and money. Two years ago my friend left a gold necklace, and it was gone within a minute and 30 seconds, even though she went straight back to the room to look. A year later I forgot my Apple phone charger, worth 1 million VND. It was a hassle to contact them, and they kept calling different people. They didn't seem to care about its value or make much effort to help. If it had been worth more, it would've been gone long ago. I got fed up and gave up. In the end, you just lose your things 😓

The windows wouldn't shut properly, and the door was loose. The view from the wall was bad too. How does this place qualify as a 3-star hotel?

A really bad experience. The rules were strict, the food was bland and nothing special.

Breakfast didn't have much variety, but the staff and other services were excellent. It's a new hotel in the city center with spacious rooms. I'll come back when I visit Da Lat.
