Pine View Hotel Dalat

We were there for three nights, and they cleaned our room each day. The staff were lovely, and the place was so quiet. Just an amazing place to stay. 🥰 🤗

Our stay at Pine View Hotel was cut short, so we couldn't spend the whole week we'd planned, but we had such a good experience that we'll be back soon. The staff were helpful and understanding, and made things comfortable and convenient for us. They were attentive from the moment we arrived and handled requests promptly, without us having to repeat ourselves. The room was spotless and comfortable. Even though one side faced the road, the modern soundproof balcony doors kept it remarkably quiet and restful. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. I highly recommend Pine View Hotel for its accommodations and service. It set a high standard, and I'm looking forward to another visit.

We cut our stay short in the end. The location felt too far from the city center, and the whole situation left a sour taste. The hotel seems to offer low room prices and then add charges for cleaning and other things. There were several stains on our bedsheets. Luckily, my partner had taken pictures after reading earlier reviews. When we told the receptionist, he was rude and almost seemed eager to say we'd be charged. We showed him the photos to prove the stains were already there, but he said he needed to check with colleagues first. If you stay here, take pictures of the room beforehand.

Good 👍
