QUEEN T and T DALAT

Don't spend your money here. The bathroom had mould, and there was gunk in the shower head and soap dispensers. I told the receptionist, but they did nothing to help.

I think this is a short-stay massage place that also operates as a hotel, and I'd avoid it. The two women at reception were rude and didn't seem to know how to speak to customers. I booked and paid in full, 550k, then went upstairs and found the room was like a super-hot steam sauna. I asked about air conditioning, and the receptionist shook her head to say there wasn't any. We left straight away and got our money back.

The rooms were listed on Agoda as having AC, but all we found was a floor fan. Since I expected to spend several daytime hours in the room while it was still hot at midday, we mentioned the missing AC to the staff on duty. They seemed surprised we'd even brought it up. The room was pretty grimy: stained wallpaper, a moldy roller curtain, and a filthy rug that looked like a home for billions of microbes and bugs. The floorboards didn't seem clean either. The whole place needed a thorough scrub with soap and water. Breakfast was a sorry selection of cheap bread with no toaster, random dry vegetables, and bananas that were nearly rotten. The coffee looked like mud and tasted about the same. The decor was gaudy and over the top, Liberace style. I'd rather carve out my liver with an oyster fork than go back. The Queen of Tacky & Trashy!

The views of Da Lat were nice, and the rooms were spacious. Service was very friendly, and for the price it was great. It got a bit hot without AC, though the fan cooled the room down. Breakfast had lots of options, but not many were Western. I'd definitely come back. Thanks for a nice stay!
