I was upgraded to a larger room in the VIP area, and it was spotless, from the crisp linens to the bathroom. The hotel’s cleanliness and genuine hospitality made the whole visit feel special. Staff welcomed me warmly and were professional and ready to help from the start. The lake is about a five-minute walk if you take the right alleys, with a gym, restaurants, and cafes also within walking distance.

My husband and I stayed for a month and really enjoyed having a large sitting balcony. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the walk-in bathroom was lovely, with great water pressure and quality essentials. Breakfast was great, with a broader mix of local and continental choices. The hotel feels luxurious and is super clean. We could walk to the market and lake, and take a short Grab ride to activity spots like the theme park with its waterfall, cable cars, and hiking.

The staff helped us call the bus company to confirm when we’d be picked up, which was useful. Breakfast was included. In the low season it wasn’t a buffet, but the set menu was delicious, and the hotel was clean. I’d happily stay here again on another trip to Dalat.

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to help. When breakfast wasn’t available one day, they offered to cover a taxi and breakfast somewhere else. The central Dalat location is great, and there’s no night market noise. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our room was spacious, with windows on two sides and a balcony, and the bathroom was functional. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the plush marble lobby at The Roy Dala. The downside was a large group of teenagers who kept everyone awake into the early hours on two nights.
