The service was good, and the restaurant's food and service were better than at other hotels. Miss Hạnh and Miss PHƯƠNG were both so nice. I loved it.

The front desk lady was super nice, and we got a free upgrade to our room, plus a little keychain.

We'd booked it as a backup for one night, so the spacious, clean, well-kept room was a pleasant surprise. The location is handy, and there's a decent area for parking cars. Soundproofing is the downside.

Our bus wasn't until 11:30 pm, and they kindly let us leave our luggage in the lobby until we returned to pick it up at 9 pm. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, too. The location was perfect for us, with Da Lat Market and Da Lat Cathedral just a short walk away. We especially appreciated the cathedral as Catholics. There are lots of local restaurants nearby, which made things convenient. We had a great stay and experienced wonderful hospitality.
