The room was lovely and very clean, and the staff were kind. It’s also a really convenient location. What let us down was the breakfast. We paid for a buffet, and the photos clearly showed one, but on arrival we were told we could only choose a single option from a menu. That wasn’t what we’d expected, so it was disappointing.

Truong was the best receptionist, and the manager, Nhan, was thoughtful and very kind. The reception team were attentive and polite, and thanks to them our stay was extremely pleasant. We didn’t want to check out. Hope we can return someday. Thank you so much 💓 💗

After just one night at a really bad first accommodation in Da Lat, we had to move. We booked three nights here in a Grand Deluxe Double City View, and I’m so glad we found it. We were happy just to arrive, and they managed to check us in early, which we really appreciated. Our room was quiet, at the end of level 4, room 408, and that mattered a lot since I’m a very light sleeper. I slept so well. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and there was a smart TV. They left free fruit and good tea in the room. There was plenty of space, a large safe box, and a balcony, although the busy road out front made it noisy. I also liked the decor. We got a free 30 min massage voucher for their sister property. Breakfast was great, with eggs made fresh, fruit, cereals, and noodles. The front desk team, breakfast staff, and security guard were all genuinely lovely and friendly. For the price, we were really happy. The only issues were that our room could have been serviced better at times, as a few little things were missed. On the last day, the water was cold and the pressure was poor, but it didn’t take long to sort out. Thanks so much, it was an amazing stay :)

I need to share the worst experience I’ve had on a trip, and I’ve been traveling for a few months. We arrived to find a dirty room, with hair in every corner and a bottle of cigarette butts left on the balcony. The shower had very little pressure, and its broken switch meant I couldn’t change the settings. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were empty. I asked for another towel, but it never came. After a walk around the city, we returned to a freezing room. We asked them to turn on the heating and got ignored for two days. On the third day I found the manager, who said there was no heating, only cooling and ventilation, even though the city was freezing. Their solution was to give me another blanket. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced for five days, and I couldn’t connect my laptop to the TV because it was locked and couldn’t be unlocked. Music played in the hallways all day, loud enough to make sleeping difficult. Every day I had to ask for it to be turned off, until I gave up and tried to sleep with the music blaring. The hotel is new, the rooms look very good, and the staff are charming and try to help, but they don’t have the tools to do so. It felt like nobody cared about us. I even emailed management asking for help, and still haven’t had a reply. Very disappointing. I recommend not choosing this hotel, even if you think you have no other choice.
