I first found the place on the Booking App, where the photos made it look quite green, then checked GGmap and FB and got in touch. I booked a room in the 3xx-4xx range. The bed was fairly large and comfortable, and there was a kettle, hair dryer, fan and FPT TV for movies. It was generally okay for the price, depending on how easygoing or particular you are. Some of the facilities were run down, as other reviews mentioned. The water heater in the photo kept leaking, and the floor was yellowed. I think the bathroom layout is poorly thought out: the tissue box is next to the shower, so it got wet and water ended up on the floor. There was only a hot shower. The grounds are green, though the trees by the BBQ area looked quite withered. The two receptionists were very enthusiastic, and when we needed help, three people showed up right away. My room was 101, at the very start of the row, so everyone walking past made eye contact with me. If I came again, I’d pick a room farther inside, where I could open the curtains more easily for some breeze and a view, probably better for introverts, kkkk. The home is on Dong Da street, near the center, and it’s a pleasant walk. A large hotel is being built next door, so it’s still messy and a bit scary looking at night. The gate gets locked at 11pm. Fine for a place to sleep :)
