They were flexible when I arrived, letting me check in before the scheduled time. The manager gave me her number right away and told me to reach out if I needed anything. My room was spacious, clean, and lovely, with a kettle, hair dryer, and ironing board. There was always hot water in the shower, and the shampoo and shower gel smelled just like real lavender. Soft towels, a very comfortable bed, and curtains that blocked out the light made for a great room. The bed was almost too comfortable, though, getting up was hard! Free filtered water was available, and cold bottled water cost extra. My laundry came back quickly, smelling fresh and gentle, and I got a small discount. They also offer 10% off the spa menu for a massage or sauna. The staff greeted me with smiles, remembered my name, and checked that everything was all right and that I didn’t need anything. I could check out late for a small fee. When my bus was delayed and I asked to stay later still, they let me do it for free. They even gave me a little goodbye gift. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely return to Sweet lavender hotel when I visit Dalat again. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Thank you very much 💜💜💜

The location was good, and that was the only real positive. Check-in gave us a good first impression, but after an exhausting bus ride we found a huge cockroach on the bed’s headboard. We had to go downstairs late at night and switch rooms. There wasn’t a cockroach in the new room, but the bathroom was the worst I encountered on my trip. The bed was rock hard, and the room layout felt awkward. It didn’t have the nice atmosphere I expected from the photos, and I don’t understand the high Google rating.

Getting around was easy thanks to the nearby public transport, and the night market and other attractions were just a short distance away. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed, with good value for the price. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the manager was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. It was a cozy, budget-friendly place with wonderful hospitality. I’d happily stay again.

Receptionists Thư and Đào welcomed me so warmly that I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. The lobby had a lively, cozy feel that set me up for a relaxing break. My room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a soft bed, plush towels, and a sweet handwritten welcome note. I loved waking up to the view from my window. The lounge was a nice spot to unwind, and the whole property felt peaceful and well cared for. Staff were attentive, enthusiastic, and always ready with a smile, whether I needed help or local recommendations. I left feeling recharged after a happy stay and can’t wait to return. It’s a charming, comfortable place with great service, and I’d highly recommend it.

Everything I needed was there, and the hotel felt cute. The reception staff's English wasn't very strong, but that was okay and didn't really affect my stay.
