Awful experience. The room they gave me was dirty and terrible, and it wasn't the type they had advertised.

The facilities were decent, but our room never got cleaned during the four nights we stayed. Maybe we were supposed to ask for housekeeping or something 😂😂. It was damp and cold, and mold appeared under the table. That smell mixed with the essential oils was absolutely awful.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the luxurious feel of the space is a real strength. Thuat Khuyen Hotel was newly built and opened in January 2020, so all the furnishings and equipment were brand new and fully in place.

Clean, airy room with a really pleasant essential oil scent... The owner was lovely and friendly...
