The room smelled fresh and was very clean, and the owner was enthusiastic and friendly throughout my three days and two nights there. I arrived early and was given early check-in for free, though the room had bunk beds instead of the double room with two beds I'd booked. It was a little noisy, and the owner said he would sort that out. One thing that felt odd was coming back from sightseeing to find the owner had entered the room to check something without saying anything to us. I hope they improve that. Otherwise, I had a great stay.

They charged 200,000 VND for each hour of a two-hour break. The room itself was filthy, greasy underfoot, and so tiny it was like a toilet, with hair all over it.

I've visited Da Lat more than ten times and stayed at countless hotels, but this was the first place that left me so frustrated I felt I had to post a Google review. The owner kept commenting whenever I came through the main door, and the rules seemed all over the place. They also complained right away about even a little dust or a tiny stain on the white mattress and pillows. The way they nagged and grumbled was unpleasant, and the cleaning staff were rude too. I'll stay here once, but definitely not again :))

The room was awful and smelled terrible, and the furniture seemed sketchy. They charge extra for everything and aren't flexible about other help. I'd rate it zero stars if I could. Think carefully before booking here, and it's probably best not to book at all.
