The location is right in the heart of town, with the market and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast had a good selection and everything tasted nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a soft, cozy bed, and they let us leave our luggage after checkout. We were there over the Tết holidays and arrived in Da Lat at 5 am. Although check-in was officially at 2 pm, they let us store our bags and use the very clean washroom, then kindly allowed us to check in early at 11 am. The receptionists we spoke with were polite, helpful, and kept checking that we were comfortable. A very pleasant stay, highly recommended.

It’s a handy base for exploring the city and nearby areas. The rooms are basic but clean, the Inax toilet works well, and the hotel is properly maintained. There are usually two receptionists at the counter and a bellboy to help, and the staff are polite and very helpful. It’s right on the main road, which is especially useful in very cold weather since you don’t have to drag luggage far or walk around in the cold.

The suite’s bathroom floor was left soaked by a leak on our first night. The next morning, they were due to start work at 8:00 a.m.; by 9:30 they were chipping away at the room above us, and we thought the ceiling was coming down. We needed to rest before catching a bus, but couldn’t. We’d given them notice and they had all day to do the work, so it felt very inconsiderate. The staff’s English was poor and they were unprofessional.
