From outside, the hotel looks cute and bright, but the inside feels old. We stayed in a basement room as two adults with a baby, so this is based on that stay. Being close to the city center and Da Lat Market made it easy to get around. Grab was simple to book, and there were lots of restaurants, cafés and pharmacies nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and we saw many foreign guests. The basement room was extremely cold. There was little sunlight, it wasn’t well sealed, and the window wouldn’t close properly, only a curtain covered it. We could hear tour buses outside and other guests talking, so there was almost no soundproofing. I don’t know whether the upper floor rooms are warmer or more comfortable. The hotel seems old, and I heard other guests say it was over 30 years old. The structure looks mostly unchanged. There’s no elevator, and the old brick stairway and hallways are very narrow. The stairs felt unsafe with a small child. If you’re considering a stay, I’d strongly suggest asking the hotel in advance which floor you’ll be on and avoiding the basement, which was honestly very cold. I didn’t expect too much for the price, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it to friends. It may suit couples or younger travelers looking for a budget stay better than families or anyone looking for comfort.
