The rooms are spacious, but it gets very cold inside, and there’s no heating. The shower water was only warm at best, not properly hot. The price is on the high side, too. The balcony rooms feel misleading because all you see from the balcony is the next room.

The deluxe family room was quiet and had a nice balcony, and the hotel is near both the lake and night market. They also stored our luggage and let us extend our stay without any trouble. We had a nice time here.

I didn't enjoy staying here. The rooms felt small and closed in, with no view, and the bathroom was tiny. There was also a musty smell.

The location is convenient and the hotel is good value. Inside, it’s attractive, with pleasant rooms, and the staff are very pleasant too. Breakfast is Vietnamese style, though eggs are available. If you rely on air conditioning, be aware there isn't any, as with most cheaper Vietnamese hotels. Dalat rarely gets hot enough for that to be much of an issue.

The bedroom was sparkling clean, the bed really comfortable, and check-in was friendly. The decor feels fresh and new, and the TV has English channels. The hotel is brand new and didn’t have many reviews yet, but we took a chance and found a real hidden gem. Great value for the money, and a lovely place to be among the first to enjoy.
