Yen Stay and Coffee

The area was lovely and much quieter than the city center, with beautiful scenery every day. I also appreciated the plentiful hot water in the bathroom, and the hotel’s motorbike rentals made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my 10-day stay. A refrigerator in the room would have made it even better, but I had a great time overall and would happily recommend the place.

The hotel was very noisy at night, and with someone fixing an engine outside my window, it was hard to get any rest. I was also disappointed by the cleanliness and upkeep. The bedsheets and mattress had visible stains, and the damp bathroom had water constantly on the floor, which made it uncomfortable to use. The property didn’t live up to the standard shown in its photos. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management improves the cleaning and maintenance.

We liked it so much that the one night we first planned to stay turned into three. The establishment is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet area with magnificent views, but getting around is still easy. There’s delicious, inexpensive food nearby, and a beautiful monastery within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

The treatment was awful. Staff were unfriendly, the hotel was super noisy, and the curtains felt like paper, so the first sunlight woke you up. It didn’t look like the pictures, and the location was inconvenient. They also charged a penalty at checkout for makeup marks on a towel.
